Delivery & Return Policy
Delivery:
- We ensure delivery within 1 day, but can take up to 2-3 days. (Depending on Public Holidays, Special items or Ongoing Promotions)
- Delivery Charges within Kuwait is KD 2/- per delivery
- GCC shipping delivered within 5-14 business days subject to Courier Selection Criteria
Return Policy:
Return Window: Customers can initiate returns within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of purchase. The item must be Boxed / Un-opened / Un-Used from its original packing.
Acceptable Reasons for Return: Returns are accepted for various reasons, including receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached, unless they are being returned due to a defect.
Return Process: Customers can initiate returns by contacting the Support Center in Kuwait 96969688 and specifying the reason for the return. Once the return request is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Procedure: Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Shipping Responsibility: Depending on the reason for the return (damaged, defective, or incorrect items) return shipping will be covered by GulfStore
Factory Defect:
If you have received your product(s) with factory defect, please email us within 48 hours after you have received the parcel. Please send details of Invoice #, Amount and Pictures of Defect to Info@gulfstore.com
In case we cannot provide a replacement or exchange the product(s), we will arrange a full refund to you.
