Description
Released on September 30, 2022, it puts up to 4 players on the track together across 11 courses set in Adventure Bay, Jake's Snowboarding Resort, and the Jungle. You race as your favorite PAW Patrol pups — including Chase, Marshall, and Skye — and use power-ups like water balloons, snowballs, and confetti cannons to reach first place. The game includes an easy control mode with auto-acceleration for younger players and a standard mode for experienced racers.
- 11 Tracks Across 3 Locations — Adventure Bay, Snowy Mountains, and the Jungle: PAW Patrol: Grand Prix has 11 race tracks spread across 3 settings from the PAW Patrol show. Adventure Bay is the main hub location from the series. Jake's Snowboarding Resort brings snowy mountain terrain and icy track surfaces into the race. The Jungle adds a green, obstacle-filled environment with tight corners. Each location has its own visual style and track layout that changes how you approach each race. The Complete Edition adds Barkingburg as a 4th location through the Race in Barkingburg DLC pack.
- Up to 4 Players in Split-Screen — Local Multiplayer for the Whole Family: The game supports up to 4 players at the same time on one screen using split-screen local multiplayer. Each player picks their own PAW Patrol pup and races on the same track simultaneously. This makes the game a direct pick-up-and-play option for families and young children without needing separate consoles or online connections. The split-screen works on all 11 tracks and in all game modes. No PlayStation Plus subscription is required for local multiplayer.
- 2 Control Modes — Auto-Acceleration for Kids and Full Control for Older Players: The game has 2 distinct control settings to match different player ages and skill levels. Easy mode turns on auto-acceleration so young children only need to steer — the car speeds up on its own and stays on the track without requiring precise input. Standard mode gives full manual control of acceleration, braking, and drifting for players who want a proper racing challenge. Both modes work in single-player and multiplayer at the same time, so a younger child and an older sibling can race together on equal terms.
- Power-Ups and Mayor Humdinger Obstacles — Racing with PAW Patrol Combat: As you race, you collect power-ups from item boxes on each track. The available power-ups include water balloons, snowballs, and colorful confetti cannons — each one targets opponents ahead of or behind your kart to slow them down or knock them off position. Mayor Humdinger — the main villain from the PAW Patrol show — also appears during races and throws obstacles directly onto the track in front of you, forcing you to dodge or slow down at key moments. This adds a combat layer on top of the pure racing that keeps races unpredictable from lap to lap.
- Kart Customization with 20 Stickers and 20 Toppers — Unlock More as You Race: Each pup's kart is fully customizable using items you unlock by racing. The customization system has 20 sticker designs and 20 topper items — all inspired directly by props, characters, and details from the PAW Patrol TV show. You unlock new stickers and toppers the more races you complete, giving younger players a constant stream of new rewards to work toward. The Pup Treat Arena DLC adds a dedicated arena battle mode where you collect pup treats instead of racing to a finish line — a separate gameplay style that uses the same karts and characters from the main game.
Made to endure
The majority of materials we use for our commercial production are the same which we use in equipment for the Finnish Defence Forces and other defence and security clients. Our most commonly used fabric in load carrying equipment is extremely wear resistant 1000D Cordura, as per FDF specs, with polyurethane coating on the inside. The webbing and edge tape we use are, again as per FDF specs, strong polyester webbing in various widths and thicknesses for different applications.
Our green and M05 camouflage materials and accessories are by default compliant with strict FDF specs for NIR reflection levels, as should be since these same materials are used in official military equipment.
