The BY-VG350 Smartphone Vlogger Kit Plus with BY-MM1+ Mic, LED Light, and Accessories from BOYA features the BY-MM1+ on-camera shotgun microphone and some useful accessories to create a lightweight and portable smartphone A/V rig for YouTube video creators, online personalities, mobile journalists, and more.
The BY-MM1+ is a lightweight, compact, electret condenser microphone that is designed to improve the sound quality of videos on cameras that incorporate built-in microphones. It is compatible with smartphones, consumer camcorders, computers, and other audio/video recording devices and no battery is required to operate the mic. The included Rycote shockmount helps to isolate the mic from vibrations and reduce handling noise, while the furry windshield is a must-have item to reduce wind noise on outdoor location shoots.
The smartphone clamp fits a wide variety of phones and attaches to the ball head mount and mini tripod for desktop positioning. The included extension tube lets you position the mic higher if necessary. An additional clamp with a cold shoe mount lets you attach additional accessories, such as the included LED light.
Also, included is a 3.5mm TRS cable for cameras, camcorders, and audio recorders and a 3.5mm TRS to TRRS mini-jack cable for smartphones, tablets, or Mac computers.

Made to endure
The majority of materials we use for our commercial production are the same which we use in equipment for the Finnish Defence Forces and other defence and security clients. Our most commonly used fabric in load carrying equipment is extremely wear resistant 1000D Cordura, as per FDF specs, with polyurethane coating on the inside. The webbing and edge tape we use are, again as per FDF specs, strong polyester webbing in various widths and thicknesses for different applications.
Our green and M05 camouflage materials and accessories are by default compliant with strict FDF specs for NIR reflection levels, as should be since these same materials are used in official military equipment.
