Trying to create an ultra-light weight case for the iPhone 15 Pro, we tried 3D printing with titanium particles but the resulting surface finish was too rough. We then tried using aluminum but this resulted in a weakened mobile phone signal. After that, we experimented with carbon fiber which didn't deliver consistent results.

Therefore, we opted for a lightweight PC material and a hollowed-out design to reduce the weight of the case to just 23 grams. Three layers of coating with finish using a manufacturing process also used for mobile phone center frames gives the entire phone case a shiny metal-like feel. Featherlight without compromising on the looks.
