Delivery & Return Policy
Delivery:
- We ensure delivery within 1 day, but can take up to 2-3 days. (Depending on Public Holidays, Special items or Ongoing Promotions)
- Delivery Charges within Kuwait is KD 1/- per delivery
- GCC shipping delivered within 5-14 business days subject to Courier Selection Criteria
Return & Exchange Policy
At Gulf Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and complying with the applicable consumer protection laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.
1. Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and included items.
- Original seals, labels, and packaging have not been removed or damaged.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, in accordance with applicable laws and payment provider procedures.
2. Exchanges
Products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The original packaging is intact.
- All accessories and included components are returned.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, installed, activated, or damaged after delivery.
- Products with missing accessories, manuals, packaging, or warranty cards.
- Products with broken or removed factory seals where opening the seal affects the product's resale as new.
- Customized or special-order products made specifically for the customer.
- Digital products, software licenses, gift cards, activation codes, or downloadable content once delivered.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
After inspection and verification, Gulf Store will, where applicable:
- Replace the product;
- Repair the product (if appropriate); or
- Issue a full refund.
No return or shipping charges will apply for products confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or supplied in error.
5. Warranty
Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty are subject to the warranty terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer.
The warranty generally covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse or negligence;
- Physical damage or accidental breakage;
- Liquid damage;
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- Improper installation or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
6. Shipping Charges
If the return is requested for personal preference or reasons unrelated to product quality or order accuracy, Gulf Store may deduct applicable shipping or collection charges.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error by Gulf Store, all related shipping costs will be covered by Gulf Store.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

Factory Defect:
If you have received your product(s) with factory defect, please email us within 48 hours after you have received the parcel. Please send details of Invoice #, Amount and Pictures of Defect to Info@gulfstore.com
In case we cannot provide a replacement or exchange the product(s), we will arrange a full refund to you.
